The Elevate Conference is the flagship program of MGC Elevate, Inc.—an annual, community-based forum designed to create equitable opportunities for learning, resource sharing, and network expansion. Each year, we convene hundreds of community members, youth, educators, stakeholders, and leaders to collectively address issues in education, financial literacy, restorative justice, and community wellness.

Launched in 2019, the Elevate Conference has grown into a trusted platform for solutions-focused conversations and tangible community impact. Over the past five years, the conference has served more than 2,000 participants (in-person and virtual), hosted 40+ vendors and resource partners, and partnered with leading organizations across St. Louis.

This year’s conference theme is: “Elevate Him: Restoring the Mind, Body & Legacy of Black Men.” The purpose of the 2025 Elevate Conference is to foster healing, empowerment, and celebration of Black men across generations. By centering men in underserved communities, this year’s conference will provide holistic resources that address:

• Mental & Physical Health: On-site mental health professionals will be available to provide real-time support, alongside wellness activities and health resources designed specifically for men.
• Financial Wellbeing: Attendees will receive on-the-spot credit counseling, home-buying guidance, and wealth-building strategies.
• Entrepreneurship & Career Readiness: Sessions will provide tools for starting and growing businesses, advancing careers, and building sustainable income.
• Legacy Building: Resources for financial planning, family wealth transfer, and long-term stability will be offered to strengthen families for generations to come.

Through keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and the Resource Expo, attendees will leave equipped with strategies, resources, and connections to build stronger families and communities.

• Providing immediate access to mental and physical health services during the event.
• Equipping men with practical financial literacy and credit tools to change their financial trajectory.
• Connecting participants with entrepreneurship training and career development resources.
• Building intergenerational networks that strengthen families and communities.

To sustain and expand this impactful program, MGC Elevate, Inc. seeks up to $10,000 in sponsorship support as part of our total $50,000 budget. Sponsor contributions will directly fund program expansion, including:

• Increasing access for underserved youth and families.
• Expanding the Resource Expo to more vendors and service providers.
• Covering participant costs (venue, meals, swag, supplies, and materials).
• Enhancing technology for hybrid/virtual access.
